I was diagnosed with Anitphospholpid Antibody syndrome with my first pregnancy 2 years ago and now we are pregnant again with our second baby boy!! I'm 20 weeks pregnant and switched from Coumadin to lovenox when we found out I was pregnant. Unfortunately my pregnancy is worsening my APS and my antibodies are at an all time high. I've been having terrible symptoms and finally my rheumatologist prescribed me a new medicine to take that will help. He wants me to take 400mg of plaquenil with my 80 mg lovenox. I was reading some of the side affects from plaquenil and it makes me nervous to take it! So I was just seeing if anyone else takes it and what symptoms they have gotten?!
