It has now been about 6 weeks since I stopped breastfeeding. I discovered the other day I am still lactating a little. I stopped because it was hard to breastfeed with an 8 year old boy around, my left nipple was almoat always clogged and I spent most of the day locked up in the bedroom. If anyone has any tips on how to relactate that would be great. I really am just planning on trying to exclusivly pump and get as much of a supply as possible. Formula is beyond expensive and with me not working I want to contribute as much as possible. Im planning on getting a shield so thay I can pump after feedings.
