Prenatal gummies?

Anyone use prenatal gummies instead of pills? I am wondering which ones to get, I am not pregnant yet, but wondering what to start. I HATE pills! Thanks!

I definitely use the gummies. Before them, I had horrible trouble keeping regular pills down.

My midwife told me anyone would work as long as they contain 400 microgram (mcg) folic acid 10mcg vitamin D
Plus it's good for you and dad to be to get a d3 supplement which comes in liquid form!! Good luck!

I take those and add an iron supplement to them... They r great!

I take the Vitafusion brand. And yes, I take a folic acid along with them and another women's multi vitamin.

Which ones do you use? I have been reading and they don't have the iron, dha, calcium, and a few other things you need. Do you take something else along with that?

I take the gummies every day- love 'em! They're especially good for sensitive stomachs :D
