I want to tell everyone please if youre thinking about the flu shot before 24weeks pregnant please dont do it i took the flu shot and three days later went into preterm labor with my babygirl she was prefectly healthy her hr was 145 or higher the whole time i felt her moving and she was normal but my body forced her out. She was born at 20 weeks 4 days and even still in her sac and alive. The doctors said she couldnt recieve medical treatment because she was not 23 weeks old. My heart hurts because neither i nor her were in distress nor showed any signs of preterm labor throughtout my whole pregnany and i couldnt save her. I believe the flu shot caused my labor and i advise against any woment before 23 weeks to take it. While researching i discovered preterm labor can be a side of affect depending on the strain of the virus you recieve please ladies becareful.
