AF due 19th. Cold symptoms after conception? possible Pregnant??

I'm about 6 days past ovulation, or so Glow says, and I woke up today feeling sick. Not nauseous, but I feel like I'm coming down with a bad cold. Sore throat, sneezing like crazy, runny nose, and all I wanna do is sleep. I know it would be too early to have such "pregnancy" symptoms, but has anyone else had this and ended up being pregnant??
