Volleyball?

My husband and I are in a volleyball league and it might be a stupid question but is it ok to play in the first trimester? I'm 5w3d. I'm not diving or doing anything crazy. Haven't met with my Dr yet to ask...

I've seen my friend take a hit right in the belly and it sounded painful. I'd be afraid for that reason

My friend played in a volleyball league in her first trimester, and she got hit really hard in the stomach. She cried for so long. Baby was fine, but it was scary! I probably wouldn't risk anything. Just my opinion

I would say no I would be afraid the ball would hit me in the belly.
