So my boyfriend and I had gotten down and kinda skipped the foreplay... It didn't hurt or anything but when we went to switch positions I had bled all over him...am I dying(partially sarcastic* but really)?

Answer

Nope, rough sex or any sex where you aren't lubricated (naturally or with products) can cause micro tears that bleed.  Or, you started your period.
