It's amazing how quickly a baby can come and go. I was exactly 7 weeks pregnant today. I had been spotting since last Friday. A scan revealed my baby was 2 weeks behind. I thought I was 8 weeks and the baby measured at 6. The fetal heart rate was low and there was a bleed around my uterus. Yesterday being Canadian thanksgiving I carried on cooking and cleaning, my bleeding got a bit heavier but it didn't concern me. Today the cramps set in, I spent most of the day in bed while my hubby took care of our 8 month old. I was just about to get ready to go to the hospital when I took a massive cramp. I went into the bathroom and passed what I believe to be the sac into the toilet. The cramping stopped immediately. Having to flush your baby down the toilet is devastating. This is now my 10th pregnancy. 1 beautiful baby boy and 9 losses. Blessings and strength to everyone going through a loss. ((Hugs to you all))
