no period for last month, negative pregnancy test

So I've I've been regular for about two years now. I can start in the begging of the month or the middle or towards the end and lasts up to a week. July I had light spotting twice for a week each time then I got my period for August also took a pregnancy test before I started a couple days after! Any ways September comes and I get light reddish spotting and sometimes light brown spotting for about a week so I took a test October 1 and it was negative still no period and I'm waiting to see if I got approved for woman's Heath Medicare. I bought another test for tomorrow but I'm honestly scared of the results it's been a bit overwhelming I really want a baby I know it may sound crazy but it's always been my dream to be a mommy and I'm 29 never had a baby or miscarried thanks god for that tho still pretty hard. Can someone please give me some advise or insight I'm definitely new to this reaching out thing lol
