confused ..

so i should've started my period yesterday but i haven't yet & today there's a clear, jelly-like discharge .. i'm on the pill but that's all me & my so use . what does this discharge & absence of period mean ? ( & usually my monthly comes right on time , hasn't been irregular in months . )
