So I'm 2 weeks late for af, she was due September 25th, went to my ob office for Pap smear the 26th an got a negative pregnancy test but now I'm 2 weeks late on cycle day 48 and still nothing! I've had really bad back pain the last 3 nights some very mild cramping but still no sign of AF. Could I be pregnant or what else could it be? My SO and I have been trying for baby #2 for about 6 month and got off BC in February. Any suggestions help!
