Sore boobs

Hey ladies,

So, a month ago I went almost a full week of wearing inserts in my bra to make my boobs look bigger. I ended up stopping because my boobs were getting sore. Problem is that they STILL hurt when they are pressed on. Also, they feel a little hard where the insert was on them from a month ago.

Any idea what's going on? Should I go to the OBGYN for this?
