Anyone had CMP/PMP?

Has anyone had a CMP/PMP and been cleared to TTC? My counts have finally reached <5 12 weeks after D&C and were told to wait at least 6 months but suggested 12months. If so... How long did you wait and what were your feelings of TTC again?

I had a pmp in September. It depends which type you've had how long you need to wait. If it's a cmp then definitely 6-12 months to monitor for cancer. However, the recommendation for pmp is to wait 6 months, but my dr said this is a bit on the cautious side. There haven't really been any documented cases of levels rising once going to zero with a partial mole. I got pregnant again in February and am now almost 13 weeks. It was 5 months from my pmp but all is well and healthy so far.

A CMP/PMP is a extremly difficult type of a missed mc. It's called either a complete molar pregnancy or partial molar pregnancy. Lots of testing post d&c if one is needed. Hard to explain but short end..... Egg/sperm aren't compatible. CMP its an empty sac doesn't grow anything but hcg counts rise excessively fast and a PMP- most of the time 2 sperm fertilize 1egg and take over the chromosomes. It would take me forever to type the full explanation but if you search online you'll be able to understand better then I can type.
