Hey guys, I'm only 17, and I get ovarian cysts quite often, they began a little over a year ago, the doctors say it's a common thing for my age and up to 24, and my mother has fiber cystic, my mom try to help me get rid of them quickly, but I was wondering if any of you lady's know of any home remedies or ideas that would help ease the pain. I know to keep moving, bending, squatting, and the quicker the burst, the sooner the pain stops, but I am just questionable if there is anything more I can do? Please and thank you.
