I'm literally 100% down for it all day but my boyfriend isn't so much. Even if he gets hard he doesn't necessarily wanna have sex? Is there anyway to make him match my sex drive or should I just respect it?

The best thing to do is to respect his body. You can't really magically change his sex drive, unless he is also bothered by it and wants to work on finding something that helps. Communication is very important, so when he is in the mood try to find out what he really enjoys, or what would be fun for him in the future. Again, don't coerce him into it. Just be open about each other's desires. There is nothing wrong with him having a lower sex drive, its normal.
