Help please

So my period came 4 days late and I know that's not unusual but I thought I was pregnant,(I guess not)but then 3 days after my period which was not the same to be honest (it was much lighter then usual) it began and ended on December 17-21 (just like my normal periods) I got the stomach flu for a day and a half I had nausea dizziness and diarrhea(I know grows) but here we are 4 days later with some what of the same symptoms dizziness, nausea, and I have cramping at the lower part of my tummy, idk could it be possible that I am pregnant? Or could this just be after shocks of the stomach flu please share you're thoughts.
