after sex vs fertile cm

Weirdest question I've ever posted! DH and I BD last night, and this evening (almost 24 hours later) I've had clear stretchy discharge. Looks exactly like EWCM. BUT, my OPK was negative yesterday (am) and today (pm). Could this be discharge from sex? Or should I log this as EWCM?
