anyone with successful 37 week induction stories ?

I'm going to be induced at 37 weeks due to mild preeclampsia. I'm reading that usually inductions are not suscessful and end up stressing out the baby and end in c section. I plan on talking to me dr about the at next app but part of me would rather just get a c section and call it a day 😬 tell me your experiences pls

I did with my now 5yo. It surprisingly went well except I had to have hubs tell the nurse to turn down the pitocin. I labor well on my own but the pitocin made my contractions 2-3 minutes long and I couldn't catch my breath in between them. I was induced at 12:15am and my son was born a 3:38am I started out 3cm 80% effaced.

I was induced a week ago and it went very smoothly. Def get the epidural though.

Induced twice and was perfect both times. I was told if you are already dilated and effaced you won't have complications. That's what my dr told me when I had the first. Both times I was already dilated and effaced

I had my first baby at 37 weeks for the same reason.  She was very well and health.  I had a very hard time pushing.  It was all in my head.  I was so scared of pooping myself and the pain was so bad when I pushed I would stop.  The Dr had to use the sucking cup to pull her out.  I pushed for 3 1/2 hours.  With my 2 nd baby I did not care just wanted him out 20 mins of pushing.

I was induced with my 2nd one and they broke my water and started the po. At 8am I had my daughter at 10:02am, it was more intense being induced for sure, I still went natral.
