Yesterday I started having a pain in my lower left abdomen. I'm trying not to freak out bc it's not intense and I have absolutely no spotting but I can't help but worry that something is wrong. The pain feels like when you get a cramp from running or swimming right after you eat. I have had gas and constipation and I know aches and pains are normal but I'm just freaking out. Anyone else having symptoms like these?
