So i had surgery to remove a uterine septum and cysts off my ovaries on Sept 16th. I had my period a week later. Yesterday i had some very light spoting that was light pink and then this morning some very light pinkish brown spoting. It is just a tiny bit when i wipe. If it is implantation bleeding i would be exited but anxious because i am anxious that it is too soon. I have misscarried twice this year. One at 7 weeks and the next at 12 weeks. Perhaps i am overthinking it but i don't want to lose another pregnancy. I also have PCOS and am trying metformen and have 8lbs to lose and i will be in a normal weight range
