lower back pain

Experiencing lower back pain, took 2 pee tests and it's not a uti and not pregnancy. Could this be pain from ovulation or PMS? Does anyone get lower back pain during ovulation or before your period? I quit BCP a few months ago and I don't know what my real cycles feel like yet.
