Getting your tubes tied, even removed doesn't stop menstrual cycles or accidental pregnancy (ectopic pregnancies are common in my family for some reason). She had two kids, both cesarean. Her daughter had three, also elective c-section. So neither one has a damn clue what I've been through with my 3 pregnancies but still insist on telling me "Well this is actually how it happens and it's very common..."
