Can implantation occur with no bleeding? Just cramps? I'm 9dpo today and 4 days away from AF, had sex two during fertile window. I took a test yesterday and saw a slight line, today I tested again and it was negative. I've been having cramps like I'm about to get AF and sore nips and boobs. I woke up this morning and my CM was slightly watery. So far I haven't gotten any spotting just cramps.
