diastasis recti
I am five months pp and I think my abs are a little split. I can fit one finger in between them. What are some good exercises to help get them back together? And does anybody know about running? Is it okay or does it make it worse? I plan on asking my doctor next time I go in but I'm wondering what other people have been told or have done?
