I feel like I'm constantly feeding 😭

My baby is a week old and since last night I feel like I am constantly feeding her. She'll eat for about 15 minutes, fall asleep or barely suckle so I pop her off and lay her down because I'm super tired then she'all start giving me cues she's still hungry like 5 minutes later. The cycle then repeats 😕 I'll do things to try to keep her awake so she can eat but still nope. It seems like she's snacking or something
