Early labor signs?

This past week I have been having really bad diarrhea (tmi) I woke up this morning dizzy as all hell. Also been feeling super nauseous. Possibly labor at a near? I'm 36w1d

People say diarrhea can be a sign, but it could just be upset tummy. I've had softer poo this past week and been getting a lot of cramps/pains in my pelvis, but my OB said it's because my baby boys weight it measuring big so it's just pressure and him moving around.
I'm 36weeks & 2days, next week appointment I get my cervix checked. Have they checked yours?

I've never had labor signs. This is my fourth pregnancy.
