keeping healthy food down
Hi, am just wondering is anyone else really struggling to keep food down? It seems all heathly food make me soo nausous and vomit! Only things i can stomach are crisps, bread and chips, i force myself a apple and banana a day but other than that cant stomach veg! I am worried my baby isnt getting the nutrients it needs, i am still taking my prenatal vitamins so atleast thats sutin! Any advice or similar stories would help! Thank you, i am 9 weeks 6 days
