binges and over eating
I'm a pretty healthy person and try not to restrict my food intake, but I'm struggling with over eating and binging (on healthy food, but in the mindset no matter what I eat it's unhealthy!) any tips?! I hate this feeling and don't want my whole life to be surrounded by guilt and shame and stress when it comes to food and body image!
