I'm at work and I've been experiencing very mild sharp pains on the lower right side of my abdomen. So I go to use the restroom and I am spotting. With my other pregnancies I've never spotted, and in the end I had a miscarriage with both pregnancies. Could this possibly be another baby!?!? I've had sex and I don't start my period until the 20th. Praying for a rainbow baby 🌈 🙌🏽
