this is what I get for using protection 😂

so me and my fiance have unprotected sex... anyway .. Sunday and Monday we had sex and we used a condom ...well ..like wtf.. both of them broke lol and we were surprised and we laughed about it ..but here's the thing I got my period last night and I took out my tampon today and I am pretty sure I seen a piece of the broken condom on my tampon ...so I just need advice..if there's more will they come out or do I go to the hospital or what lol?
