I am 5w6d pregnant and due June 8th. I had blood work week 4 and was 1900 and then was at 3960 48 hours later. When I first got the + test,  I had some craps so md schedule me for u/s. I just got one done today. Embryo with heartbeat, yolk sac and gestational sac seen but FHR was at 75. I'm so scared now bc it should be 90 or higher. I am going back next week but any insights would be helpful. No bleeding at all and cramps are just mild and off and on now which seems normal. This is my first pregnancy and my husband and I are so excited but now I am terrified!
