First month using OPK, neg so far

I've never used opk tests before this month, so far since day CD 15 I haven't ovulated yet. I normally can tell when I ovulate due to EWCM but I didn't have any so far this month. I'm currently on CD 19. I had bad cramps and spotted on CD 8, could I have ovulated that night? I kept feeling little twinges and a dull ache. If I did, then I would be at 11DPO today. Should I test to ease my worried mind or just wait until I get my period? ?
