Ovulation

Hey huns I think I'm ovulating today because the app says so too.. I feel my back pains, and a little cramp bottom below. I didn't have sex today with my partner because he's at work ,but ive notice lots of discharge also will it be okay to have sex when my husband gets off work tonight and come home or Ill missed it? How does this works we've been trying hope I don't or didn't miss it
