PLEASE HELP !!!!!! SPOTTING

Heyyy everyone, this is all so new to me so bear with me. I am pregnant but i have been spotting for 2 weeks. I went to the hospital on Monday my Hcg levels were 34 and im going back tomorrow to check on my levels again. The doctor said everything looks fine so my question is this normal
