Am I supposed to have an orgasm the same time as my husband?

If you're looking at it from a fertility point of view you don't need to have one at all. It may be helpful to have one straight after him as when you orgasm your cervix dips and your uterus contracts which can help the sperm get where they want to be.  But it can all happen just fine whether you go first or last or not at all.
