PP padsicles?

Does anyone plan on making/using padsicles?
Or has anyone used them before?
Debating on making some but not sure.

Also,
What are some suggestions for post partum care? :)

I'm thinking of making some but I've heard the hospital sends you home with pads that have cooling stuff in them and aren't as messy.

Can someone tell me where I would find witch hazel. Maybe drug store or health store ??? I live in a super small town so not a lot of choices for stores.

I highly suggest making some. They were wonderful at the hospital and I had them show me how to make them. I also have some mama bottom balm, witch hazel/hemorrhoid pads, and dermoplast spray to try and make things more comfortable. The biggest help to me has been the peri bottle they gave me in the hospital. I tore a little so they had to stitch me a bit and the Peri bottle helps take the sting out of using the bathroom.

I watched a lot of YouTube videos and my favorite one said to have the squirt bottle, pads, DIY padsickles if you'd like, tucks, dermoplast, and some wet wipes... and that's pretty much what I have in my little PP basket in my bathroom. Everything else, like stool softener, prenatals and ibuprofen I left in the medicine cabinet.
