Why does anal hurt?!!

Ok so ik anal is supposed to hurt but why is it every time my bf and I do it, it seems like I'm in more pain with it each time???

I found the most comfortable position for me to do anal in (that hurts the less) is if we both lay on our side. My back to his chest. Use LOTS of lube and take it slow. My partner uses a finger first and that puts his tip in but takes it out straight away and does this until I just put it in myself when I feel comfortable. Make sure to go slow for the first bit

Do you guys just try to go right into it? It helps me a bit after we've had been having sex for a little bit and he'll usually play with my butt with his finger during and that's pretty much him preparing my bum 😂 but no pain at all for me when he inserts it or during. We also don't use lube...I know everyone says to use it and I suppose you should since I assume it'll help but we don't.

Are you using enough lube? Are you giving it enough time to stretch open?

are you not preparing properly?  make sure you use A LOT of lube because dry anal will be painful for you.  also make sure he prepares you for his "friend".  he should start by lubing up his fingers and inserting one and then another,  stretching you out and making you comfortable.  also make sure you're in a comfortable position.  let your body relax and don't be too tense.  go slow at first too,  let your body adjust to the feeling.  hope this helps!

You may be too tense in expectation of the pain.  Relaxing those muscles is the key.
