Vitex and folic acid?

I've been ttc since April and I've been pregnant twice so far having miscarriages. My cycles are very irregular and I heard Vitex helps with that and folic acid helps prevent miscarriages. Is it safe to take both?

I had early miscarriage ( 6 weeks) too a few years ago, after that i got pregnant and give birth to a little angel. The month I got pregnant I took folic acid and vitamin e from 12 to 26 day of cycle. Today is beginning of ttc#4, I didn't got pregnant yet, so I'm gonna use folic acid and vitamin e again. And doze is important  FA - 5mg, VE- 400 ( 200 in the morning and 200 in the evening)
