So would it be too soon to tell a guy I like him after 10 days of talking to each other? We also went and got coffee together and he said he would like to do it again sometime. I don't want to scare him off or anything

Just wait till ya'll go out for coffee or whatever. And then just say it in a friendly way . like something like "you are really sweet or cool or blah blah." u fill in the blank and then u could say i really like that about u. Thats a great way to show him u are interested without going too fast
