Bfp after mc in oct

I'm excited I got my bfp but so nervous cuz of my mc in Oct. I have a terrible cold, can't stop coughing, very congested but afraid to take any meds. I want this little bean to stick. Im only 11 dpo and miserable from cold symptoms. Any advice or suggestions for me?
