how can I increase breast milk !!??

How can I increase my milk supply ? I really want to continue breastfeeding my son but I don't produce that much milk as much as I used too .. when I pump milk I'll get 1oz from each breast not enough for my baby . Please ladies help me out , what can I do ?

I eat oatmeal every day and I don't know if that has anything to do with it but my milk production jumped way up once I started doing that.

Remember your baby gets more milk out than a pump does.

Take those fenugreek or other supplements.

But also increase your pumping frequency. I charted my pumping sessions, noting duration, volume, time & also my breastfeeding sessions. Frequency creates a greater demand which increases milk supply. So pump even after you feed your baby until no more milk comes out.
I pump every 2 hrs. (6am, 8am, & so on). And I breast feed my twins before or after pumping.

The amount you pump is likely less than what your baby gets from nursing- your baby is more efficient!  Is he having enough wet diapers? If so he is getting enough!

I use Fenugreek and drink blue poweraide/gatorade.  Some moms swear by the color, but I think it's due to the electrolytes.  I also try to drink plenty enough water and get enough calories (yum pop tarts).

Mothers milk tea, fenugreek, oatmeal for breakfast, lots of fluids, also when you feed your baby do one side pump the other baby. Really complicated if you don't have a hand free aid to help with but I can get 1 oz out with each feeding (which is about every 1-2 hours cause of growth spurt) plus the more you pump and nurse the more you'll get. Good luck I go back to work next week so we'll see how well things go then I'm nervous for sure.

You know that's good I would recommend after pumping latch baby after baby is finished wait 10 minutes and try to pump again power pumping check out Pinterest you'd be amazed what you can find on there how I keep my milk supply up I eat lots of spinach oatmeal I also buy a hundred percent pineapple juice dole brand

I went from pumping one ounce out of each breast to 4-5 ounces a session with this drink I started freezing milk a month ago and have a good stash now

I do a smoothie most mornings: 1.5 cups chocolate almond milk, 1/3 cup oats, 1 tbsp flax seed meal, 1tbsp brewers yeast, and some fruit. I saw a pretty dramatic increase after about a week. I exclusively pump if that makes a difference!
