I know, I know, TMI, but my breasts are very painful, like sharp pins are poking them...and I've been getting hard spots on my nipples, I went to the OB and she said they were just clogged Montgomery Glands, and to just put a warm rag on them, or soak them. But they keep appearing, my boobs are just so painful, I take Tylenol, is there anything else I can do; besides these two things?
