Has anyone else been having insomnia and very real and horrific dreams since conceiving after a loss?

I got a vvvf positive 3 days ago, and just waiting for the weekend to take another. And last night, I laid in bed for 2 hours and nearly 45 mins before I could finally go to sleep. But once I did, it was awful.

It was the weekend and my husband got me a test and I went to the bathroom to take it. I wipe and see blood, then a ball of blood fell out of me. I pick it up, and there it was, the sac with 2 babies in it. Twin girls.

I felt like I cried so hard in my dream, that I had to be crying in bed....

I don't know....has anyone else done this?
