extreme heartburn at 28 wks 1 day?

Anyone having extreme heartburn? Like it burns way down in your stomach all the way up to your mouth? Hurts and feels so yucky...and so beyond sick to my stomach I haven't eaten much....28 weeks and one day and this has been a new thing for me about the last 5-6 days...

I use peppermint oil on my chest and throat and I drink chocolate milk. It's the only thing that has helped mine cause it was sooooooo bad.

I take 150mg of Zantac twice daily. If not then I literally want to die from my heartburn. My doctor said it was perfectly fine. My heartburn was so bad that I had a sore throat from all the acid reflux. You can drink milk and take tums but if it's that bad, try Zantac.

Mine's not that bad (yet), but laying on my left side helps when I do have it. Idk how much it helps when heartburn's really bad, but it's worth a try.
