Just wanted to say I had my baby girl!!

I am beyond in love with her. Definitely was worried I wouldn't have a bond with her but turns out the moment they laid her on my chest I was head over heels .

I went in for my 38 week check up and asked for a membrane sweep. I was already 3cm 75% effaced. I was showing signs of preeclampsia as well so doc decided to send me to L&D for lab work. Contractions started going slowly but surely. Didn't think anything of it until they began getting stronger. Nurse realized that I could be in labor and made me walk for 45 mins and after that I was at 7cm and 100% effaced!!!

I got the epidural at that point and it stalled things. Hubby was coming from 4 hrs away and I was so thankful because I was scared he wouldnt make it in time. Once he got there they gave me pitocin (however you say it) and things picked up again. 30 mins later I was 10 cm and ready to push!

I pushed for an hour and a half because she was stuck under my pelvic bone. Epidural wore off so I felt everything at that point but I had no tears !
