Would one would you all prefer to give you're 1 month old for gas?

My son has some gas and constipation issues..they are not too bad but it will wake him up from naps and is in some pain. Which one do you all recommend or have tried and work well for you! FTM so just seeing what would be better!

I give my twins little remedies gripe water. It works great and there's no yucky ingredients in it

Just went to pediatrician for this issue with my 1 month old - she recommended the little remedies gas drops. Said not to use gripe water. You might want to double check with your baby's doc though.
