When to pack hospital bag?

I had a scare at work when I was 35wks ran home and packed my bag. I ended up unpacking and repacking multiple times before I actually went to the hospital at 39+wks. Its never to early just don't pack things you will need while still home like I did lol

Honestly id be living out of my bag for this last month if I packed early, but I do keep everything together that I want to take for myself and babies bag is packed. I refuse to buy anymore clothes until after he's here.

I never packed a bag because I thought I had plenty of time with my first son...he ended up surprising us and my water broke at 34 weeks. My husband didn't want to leave me or the baby after he was born, since I had some issues after my emergency c section and our son was in the NICU. Anyway, my mother in law packed my bag...that was a joke! I wore what she packed for my husband instead because she had no clue. Not her fault, she tried. Thankfully, you realize you don't need all that much and I survived, but I will be packing early this time around!

I'm super behind and packing one tonight (36w4d) because of my appointment I just had and possible reasons to induce early. I don't want to be caught off guard basically. And if you do it early, one less thing to worry about.
