PCOS AND TTC

I was told by the doctor i had PCOS but not to worry and was sent home, nothings been done since from their part but i have been taking herbal vitamins which have helped me regulate my periods but i dont know if im ovulating. What should i do? Me and hubby are ttc and worried.
