full time working moms to be

the exhaustion has officially hit me at 7 weeks. I was pretty nieve thinking that because I worked out, ate very healthily and overall just took good care of myself I'd maybe skip over the tiredness. Wellllll that's not the case. Working full time in a job where I am on my feet  all day (I love my job though) by the end of the day I'm WIPED. How do y'all do it?!
