tell me positive things about pregnancy

Everyone keeps telling me the negative things about pregnancy.. And it's scaring me to where I don't even want to discuss my pregnancy anymore with anyone! I just want to hear something positive just one day..it's enough that my support system sucks.. I mean it's enough that pregnant women go thru the motions and feel hopeless (well I do anyway) but people just don't understand that my pregnancy and their pregnancies are totally different!! No pregnancy is the same and this is my first child and I even kno that!!! I just needed to vent. Feel free to comment!!
